The model is 15k triangles. I'm going for a hand painted cartoony look, and I will not be using anything else than a Diffuse map. Since polys are cheap compared to shaders with a whole lot of maps, the excess polys should be free perfomance wise. Three maps for now, one for the body, one for the face and one for the hair. I haven't decided on the final resolution, so for now its 2k for the body, 1k for the face, and 512 for the hair.
